SHIPPING
All of our parcels are shipped with An Post. Please allow 1-2 business days from order placement to dispatch.
Shipping- Ireland
Once shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery with standard post and 1 business day for express post.
Shipping- Northern Ireland
Once shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery with standard post and 1 business day for express post.
Shipping- UK
Once shipped, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Orders will likely be subject to customs/import fees upon receipt. If so, these charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Shipping- EU & Rest of World
We hope to offer shipping options worldwide soon. In the meantime, if you would like to place an order please get in touch at hello@sinesstore.com to discuss options.
RETURNS
We hope you love your items but should you need to make a return, please note the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received: in original, undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition.
- The customer is responsible for return costs. Item(s) must be carefully packed before returning to avoid damage in transit. Until items are received safely back to us they are not deemed returned. We cannot be responsible for returned items missing or damaged within the postal service, therefore we highly advise the use of a tracked postal service when returning.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days of receipt. The refund amount will be the original purchase amount minus the cost of delivery.

All of our products are carefully inspected before shipping. However, we will replace products should damage occur in transit. Please email proof of damage to hello@sinesstore.com within 7 days of delivery.
Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
